The rights of withdrawal in accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the subscriber is informed that he has a period of 7 clear days from the date of subscription to the site to exercise his right of withdrawal, without penalty and without cause.
However, in accordance with article L121-20-2,1er of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the User has accessed the online courses.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

La Maison du YOGA by Deepti reserves the right to delete, modify, add or update the courses in a constant search to improve the quality of the videos broadcast on the Site.
Use of the Services is chargeable via monthly, annual or on-demand subscriptions.
3. WARNING ON THE PHYSICAL ABILITIES OF USERS

Service Exclusively Reserved for Capable Persons

User commitments

5. PRICES - SUBSCRIPTIONS
La Maison du YOGA by Deepti offers various subscription or purchase formulas based on a subscription system

Subscription to the monthly or annual subscription allows you to subscribe yourself or a third party for a period of one year. Payment for this subscription will be made in one go, during subscription.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT
General terms of payment for all the services of the Site
Payment for services will be made by credit card (Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or via PayPal. The payments made will be secured by a data encryption procedure in order to avoid the interception of this information by a third party.
La Maison du YOGA by Deepti cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the means of payment used.
Within three days of receipt of the subscription request, a debit request from the bank account will be sent to the paying agency. The subscription contract will be concluded upon receipt of the authorization to debit the account by the paying agency.
In accordance with the regulations in force, Members' bank details are not kept by the Maison du YOGA by Deepti.

- 1 year commitment: € 47 x 12 months or € 540 in 1 installment (validity 12 months from the date of purchase)
Unlimited plan:
-without commitment: 95 € per month
- 1 year commitment: 78 € x 12 months or 890 € in 1 installment (validity 12 months from the date of purchase)
Unlimited access video prices:
Without commitment: € 20 per month or € 200 per year.
The prices of the service are those presented, all taxes included. Prices can be changed. Where applicable, the changes are only valid for future subscriptions, subscriptions already paid will not be affected by the price changes.
The data recorded by La Maison du YOGA by Deepti on the Site, as well as the confirmation e-mails exchanged, constitute proof of all the transactions between the User and La Maison du YOGA by Deepti, as well as their date and of their content. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Refund
In accordance with and in the cases referred to in the provisions of article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the User has a period of 7 clear days from the subscription to his Subscription to request reimbursement.
The subscription will be considered final after a trial period of 7 days.
However, the User expressly acknowledges that he renounces the exercise of his right of withdrawal when, within the period mentioned above, he has accessed the Services offered on the Site.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by email.
Termination of subscription
The termination of the subscription is taken into account immediately: as soon as you cancel your subscription you will no longer have access to the videos, even if the subscription period has not ended.
Subscriptions are personal. Single lessons, discovery offers, 1-year subscriptions and 10-lesson cards are neither refunded nor exchanged.
The 10-lesson cards are valid for a period of 6 months.
The renewal of 12-month subscriptions is by tacit agreement, unless terminated in writing 30 days before the expiry date.
A reminder email is sent to the customer 45 days before the contract expiry date.
Unilateral termination by the member of a current subscription is authorized in writing for the following reasons:

Suspension clause
A subscription may be suspended only for one or more full months (between two anniversary dates of the contract; for example, between March 13 and April 13) and only in the event of injury or inability to practice Yoga (and on presentation of proof such as a medical certificate) or in the event of prolonged absence due to a business trip on presentation of proof from the employer (vacations do not constitute an acceptable reason) reported before its occurrence.

Reservation of face-to-face lessons and via Zoom:
Cancellation by the student possible at least 3 hours before the start of the course.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are less than 4 registered 3 hours before the start of the session.
Courses at the beach, in the open air, workshops and intensive courses are not included in the pricing presented in these general conditions.
Yearly contracts imply an uninterrupted commitment over 12 months, from date to date.

Non-binding plans can be suspended by giving notice of 14 days before the date of your next withdrawal.
